We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Charlotte facility. In this role you will work as part of the Commercial Team to service customers in Additive Manufacturing by processing their requests for information, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other information as requested. Take ownership of customer questions and concerns and work with the Commercial Team to provide solutions. Support the Commercial Team utilizing tools including SAP, CRM, smartsheets, AR reports, etc. Perform additional office administration duties.

Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer communication and inquiries.
- Process both written and verbal customer quotations and work with the Commercial Team to deliver timely quotes and proposals.
- Manage quotations and customer orders. Set up accounts with customers including terms of payment, delivery date request, pricing, customer data, SAP information, standard terms and conditions and any special instructions to make sure we can provide what the customer has requested.
- Track orders and sales
- Daily review of open order report to ensure all orders are shipped on time. Documented confirmation to customers in advance of any potential issue or delay.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1 - 3 years technical Customer Service and/or office administration
- High School degree (min) Associated or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail required
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
- SAP experience is highly desirable
