We are the US subsidiary of an international equipment manufacturer, we are growing and expanding our operations team. We are in need of a Customer Service person who is experienced and wants to be part of a great organization.
Job Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders and send order confirmations.
· Create quotes for customers.
· Provide documentation to the shipping department for purchases and shipments.
· Track customer concerns related to quotes, pricing, delivery, returns, etc.
· Support other activities as needed.
Qualifications:
· Min 3 years’ experience with QuickBooks or other ERP system.
· Experience working with parts distribution business.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize with concern for quality and deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills
Experience:
· Business Degree preferred.
· Experienced using Microsoft office applications.
· Min of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
