```Duties```
-High Volume Insurance Agency
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services
- Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate cash box and available to make deposits
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
-Must be able to commute from one office to another
```Qualifications```
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
