We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Customer Service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $28.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Answering customer questions and inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing assistance with orders
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Tracking customer interactions and feedback
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
