Job description

Join our team as an Event Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees at our events. You'll be the primary point of contact, providing exceptional Customer Service and support throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendee Assistance: Greet and assist event attendees, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Information Dissemination: Distribute event-related materials, schedules, and instructions to attendees.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns effectively, striving for swift resolution to maintain a positive event experience.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events and provide insights for enhancing customer experience.
