As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide pharmacies and hospices with a customized solution to their unique set of needs. We provide personal attention to every call and fax in order to provide our clients with exceptional, accurate and efficient service. In order to excel within this position, time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and accuracy are all skills one must possess and be consistent with. Pharmacy technician certificate required.
Responsibilities and Duties –Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Successfully work in a team environment.
- Follow department policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers.
- Accurate data entry while multi-tasking and paying close attention to detail.
- Display a high level of confidentiality and conform to HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain consistent professional communication through email, telephone, chat, and fax.
- Troubleshooting with pharmacies, handling medication rejections, and prior authorizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule – Daily and On-call schedule may vary based on department scheduling needs.
- Training will be scheduled M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Work schedule will vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 7:30 pm after training. Work overtime, if needed.
- We are available to our clients for after-hours emergency admit calls, etc., 24/7/365.
- Ability to work one weekday On-call and weekend (Friday- Sunday) scheduled after working daily schedule.
- Working a Saturday and Sunday rotating weekends 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in the office.
- On-call rotation may fluctuate based on number of employees, etc. There is never a guarantee of time frame between On-call rotations.
- Making On-call a priority and handling incoming client requests asap.
- Work rotating holidays while On-call.
Pharmacy technician certificate required Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience Background check is required
