Job Purpose
The Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in learning how to provide a quality and positive customer experience for internal and external customers at a baseline level. This will be achieved by being ultra-responsive, creating a personal touch to improve the entire customer experience with consistently high level of service. This team member will have mastery knowledge on multiple systems, processes, and workflows.
This position provides an opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales position, pending 12-month evaluation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and Gain a mastery level proficiency on:
- Phones
- Customer Concierge Emails
- Act as a liason between customer base and our Sales team
- COVID Response Emails
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all accounts serviced.
- Follow all SOPs.
- Lear how to Open / Solve Tickets
- Learn how to operate in Apollo Blue and Black
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales and/or Customer Service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
