Certified Climate Control, a leading provider of cutting-edge home improvement products for over a decade, is expanding its Customer Service team. We're on a mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences while creating incredible opportunities for our employees.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service Team as After-Hours Customer Service Representative. The first 2-3 weeks of the job will be worked onsite for training. Once training is complete, this position will move to being 100% remote.
Why you can expect in this role:
- Inbound Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, or resolutions. Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone call to introduce the company and our products and services. Conduct thorough qualification of leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate the dispatch of service technicians to customer locations based on scheduling and priority. Ensure timely response and efficient allocation of resources to meet customer needs and service level agreements.
- Permitting Process Management: Facilitate the permitting process by obtaining necessary permits and approvals required for project completion. Track permit applications, monitor progress, and follow up as needed to expedite approval timelines.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
Schedule Details:
- Monday - Friday: 3:30pm - 10pm EST (3-4 working weekdays with 1-2 days off during the week)
- Saturday: 7:30am - 10pm EST
