Job Description
LHH is seeking an organized individual to join our client's t team in Rossville, GA as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be providing exceptional support in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary Customer Service by answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from participants, healthcare providers, and vendors.
Address inquiries regarding claim payments, denials, issues, and website management
Quote self-payments amounts, research and verify eligibility, and update all relevant information
Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits for patients, and assist with insurance-related inquiries and claims processing.
Data entry and call documentation
Administrative organization of enrollment forms, processing special fund claims, disability claims, processing spouse forms, and more.
Work on special projects
Qualifications:
1+ years of call center in the medical industry preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
Team player
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm
Pay:
$16-19/hr, depending on experience
