Customer Service Representative

LHH is seeking an organized individual to join our client's t team in Rossville, GA as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be providing exceptional support in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary Customer Service by answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from participants, healthcare providers, and vendors.

• Address inquiries regarding claim payments, denials, issues, and website management

• Quote self-payments amounts, research and verify eligibility, and update all relevant information

• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits for patients, and assist with insurance-related inquiries and claims processing.

• Data entry and call documentation

• Administrative organization of enrollment forms, processing special fund claims, disability claims, processing spouse forms, and more.

• Work on special projects

 

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of call center in the medical industry preferred

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to type 40 WPM preferred

• Team player

 

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours

Monday to Friday

9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm

 

Pay:

$16-19/hr, depending on experience
