We are looking for a detailed, motivated person to join our growing team! As a CSR you will work with our customers and technicians to ensure quality service meets all expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones, receive service calls, and dispatch technicians.
· Assist with parts ordering, typing quotes, and job scheduling.
· Communicate with technicians and customers through the service task life cycle.
· Learn the business and learn how to prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
· Follow up on service requests that need additional work.
· Keep service notes and schedule up to date.
· Perform data entry functions of invoices, inventory, etc.
· Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills via phone and email are required.
· Customer service experience in an office environment preferred.
· Previous knowledge of construction trade is a plus.
· Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Computer competency including proficiency with Microsoft Suite and ServiceTitan.
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently as well as in groups.
· Ability to consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service to all internal and external customers.
