Job Title: Facility Account Specialist
Summary: Responsible for interacting with customers via phone and/or email to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding bank accounts by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responds, handles and promptly resolves any customer inquiries, concerns and requests.*
2. Processes overdrafts for bank accounts.*
3. Processes transactions for bank accounts.*
4. Reconciles checking accounts.*
5. Performs various clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
