As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face of our store, responsible for delivering outstanding Customer Service to our shoppers. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Job Duties:
Welcome customers as they enter the store and provide information about products and services
Address customer queries and assist in locating products
Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Process customer transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support in stocking shelves and restocking products as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and handle customer complaints professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary: $18.20-$19.90/hour
