Customer Relations Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily process of customer sales orders into NetSuite.
- Process parts orders.
- Respond to customer emails and telephone call regarding availability, shipping status, product information, sales programs and order tracking.
- Answer and resolve customer inquires/disputes related to all after sales service activities.
- Position will serve as primary backup for all functions in the customization area, which includes processing Dial Imprint orders and working closely with premium and retail customers to ensure order deadlines are met.
- Timely and accurate communication with customers is essential!
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree desired.
- 3 to 4 years of current experience in a customer relations department.
- Experience working in a fast paced service environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, Excel and Word.
- NetSuite experience is desired.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Work well under pressure, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task, defined by speaking on the phone, utilizing multiple applications for product research and typing at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to provide “best in class” customer experience and professionalism.
35-hour work week, overtime as needed.
Hybrid position AFTER training period.
