We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with payments, policy questions, policy endorsements.
- Maintain customer records and update account information
_ Assisting Agents with quotes and endorsments for customers.
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Required to become licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance within 90 days.
