We are a fast-growing woman-owned publishing distributor, looking for individuals to join our team! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who combines excellent communication and problem-solving skills to give a strong voice to the books our authors have already given an eloquent expression to on the page.

This individual should have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. It is vital that you display exceptional interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly. This position has ample room for growth!

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all clients inquiries with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate with clients daily regarding their orders while using growing product knowledge to answer any inquires
• Investigate any shipping delays for clients while tracking and tracing orders to major retail distributors
• Correspond with the client’s regarding all order details while relaying conducive information to the logistics team
• Effectively communicate product pricing with the client based on their needs
• Appropriately communicate with clients while relaying relevant details to other internal departments
• Utilize our companies CRM to maintain and organize client documentation, communication, and order details
• Liaison between the logistics and shipping team to ensure a timely distribution process of our products

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 1+ year of corporate Customer Service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
