Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States and will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Folcode, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via email, phone, and live chat channels, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Folcode's digital products and services to effectively address client questions and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using CRM software.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with Folcode's products and services, and communicate insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, and Sales, to address customer inquiries and coordinate solutions.
- Training and Education: Provide product training and support materials to clients as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to utilize Folcode's products effectively.
Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications or education is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with other Customer Service tools.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- College degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- Prior sales experience within a health environment required.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in the medical field and Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
