Position Type and Expected Hours:
- This is a full-time position and hours, and days of work are Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
- Saturdays as needed depending on season and production work loads.
Key Objectives and Company Goals:
- Making and or receiving 100+ phone calls per day, per office associate.
- Strong work ethic.
- Desire to learn new things.
- Participate in virtual and in person meetings.
- General office duties including Microsoft office, excel reports, email, data entry, etc.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
Requirements
- Occasionally report to Headquarters in West Chester, PA for trainings, meetings, etc.
- 3 Years’ Experience in the Customer Service Field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent of.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.
- Experience in email communication with customers.
