TAQA, a reputable company in the Energy industry, is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at TAQA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Process customer orders, refunds, and returns
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle difficult customers and provide effective solutions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
