As a Customer Service Representative at TAQA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Process customer orders, refunds, and returns
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle difficult customers and provide effective solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
