ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter orders for Commercial Industrial Skylights and Residential Skylights into ERP system
- Maintain post-sales relations for large orders
- Support team efforts to close sales by obtaining documents, gathering signatures, and setting up customers in ERP and Salesforce
- Maintain Will Call orders to ensure timely pick up
- Complete data projects as assigned in Salesforce and ERP system
- Manage RFQ email to ensure requests are answered in a timely fashion
- Process Credit Card payments for new orders
- Provide personalized customer attention, without compromising the team or company objectives
- Answer overflow phone calls for Customer Service
- Provide team support for the Director of Sales and Inside Sales Manager
- Develop a solid understanding of company products, customer programs, and benefits
- Foster a culture aimed at accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement and utilize all talent to meet our customers' needs and corporate objectives
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures (company, state, federal, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Account Management preferred
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and responsibility; commitment to the values of mutual respect, teamwork, diversity, support of fellow employees, and continuous improvement.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
- Demonstrates creative and strategic thinking
- Excellent communicator – oral, written, and strong listening skills
- Ability to work with & understand various regions and Reps.
- High sense of urgency and solid work ethic fueled by a desire for personal and professional growth.
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Inside Sales Manager in alignment with the Director of Sales
- Fosters close and cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manger
