Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and emails from patients and healthcare providers

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Update and maintain patient records using medical office software

- Verify insurance information and process payments

- Assist with billing inquiries and claims processing

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to patients and visitors

Experience:

- Previous experience in a dental office, medical administrative support, or similar setting preferred

- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education:

1-2 years of college classes minimum.

2 or 4 year degree preferable

This position as a Customer Service Representative requires experience in medical office operations, medical administrative support, or related fields. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional Customer Service to patients and healthcare providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
