DRT Holdings, LLC is a leader in the metal packaging and precision machining industries. Our Metal Packaging Systems (MPS) division is focused on supporting the production of beverage and food ends, through system and part sales and service. The metal packaging market is forecasted to grow over the next several years as brand owners continue to choose infinitely recyclable metal packaging solutions over plastic or glass. Our precision machining division focuses on a diverse range or products and industries ranging from packaging, medical, garage doors, pumps, and large fabrications.
We are currently seeking a candidate for our:
Customer Service and Analytics Representative position, which is based out of Dayton, OH
Position Summary:
The Customer Service and Analytics Representative will be responsible for updating various databases, providing reports and analyses to commercial and other team members, as well as aid in development of key metric evaluation processes. Summary reports to include sales forecasting, customer revenue summaries, gross margin reporting and OTD metrics. In addition to analytical responsibilities, this position will also support our MPS and Precision commercial teams with order and data entry into our ERP system as well as various other systems support from communication with production and operations with all locations and divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and execute data experiments and A/B tests to evaluate hypotheses.
- Create interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical support.
- Provide back-up support for data entry into our ERP system.
- Communicate with team members to ascertain and acquire critical information.
- Back-up liaison with the customer to resolve technical problems.
- Be proactive in meeting customer and team needs executing on DRT’s strategy.
- Gather and log market and competitive intelligence into the CRM.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient with MS Excel and /or other database management systems
Familiarity with ERP software, CRM systems and related data entry
2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, data analysis or similar
Preferred Requirements:
Associate degree (A.A.) / Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or equivalent from two-year College, technical school, or greater.
