Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims
- Assist customers in updating their policy information, including address changes and policy amendments
- Process customer payments and ensure accurate billing
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding Customer Service
