Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services and provide accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent Customer Service at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
