Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Customer Service-oriented position
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Service Titan Experience
- Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances
