• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Respond to all inquiries regarding estate planning services in a timely fashion with exceptional Customer Service
• Track all leads coming into the office
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure leads are qualified and marketing channels are working

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

• 4-year college degree
• Must possess experience in sales, selling high-end products or services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
