Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Customer Service software.
