Job Summary:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of Customer Service. We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative who shares our commitment to excellence and helping others lead healthier lives.

Monday to Friday

Rotating weekends

Salary: $20 - $25

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
• Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual needs, as well as take the appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
• Communicate effective client messaging to the customer base to ensure an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations
• Initiates and develops contacts with existing and potential customers.

A successful Customer Service will have:

• 2+years of experience in Customer Service
• Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic
• Make positive suggestions on improving and streamlining workflow processes and enhancing profitability.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
