Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, and account management
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
