As a Customer Service Rep, you will be required to:
- Assist customers, either over the phone, via email, or in person, with their various needs related to the services we provide
- Ensure that the office and other facilities are in clean and presentable condition
- Ensure the grounds are free of debris or other trashes
- Ensure that tenants pay promptly and contacting them if required
- Turning over units to ensure that they are clean and ready for the next tenant
This job requires the following skills:
- Customer service and effective communication through various mediums
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs and utilize programs like Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and exercise of good judgement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
