Customer Support Representative

A well known nonprofit is urgently hiring!

Primary responsibilities:

• This role is client facing - duties are majority inbound phone-call oriented.

• Effectively and professionally interact with customers and internal partners to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

• Maintain the support queue, monitoring ticket levels, cleaning up tickets, and getting the appropriate information from customers when escalating.

• Communicate and resolve basic technical issues via phone and email; escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when appropriate.

• Provide timely updates to customers, and as appropriate, all internal team members on the status of pending support tickets.

• Organize and communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members

• Manage and update support pages and help docs.

Empathetic, responsible, computer literate, strong communicator, positive attitude

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm
