Job Overview

Rack Store is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our expanding team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Customer Service Representative will work cross-functionally with Sales and Warehouse Operations, providing clerical and administrative support with a primary focus on delivering outstanding Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of Customer Service and administrative activities, including:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, as assigned.
• Support our Sales and AP teams processing orders and invoices in a timely manner, via our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Work closely with the warehouse department to process change orders and return merchandise authorizations (RMA).
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns with speed and efficiency.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

Skills/Abilities

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating poise and patience in daily interactions.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technically Adept, with prior experience working in ERP, customer relationship management (CRM) or admin-end of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment, e.g., phone, computer, printer, scanner, etc.
• At least two years of prior Customer Service experience in a distribution setting strongly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired and/or Associates with prior coursework related to Customer Service desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• $45,760-$49,920 annually, DOE ($22-$24/hour) DOE
• Holiday Pay, Vacation and Personal Time Off (PTO) after 60 days

• Casual office and warehouse work environment

Schedule

• Full-Time, 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday, 8A-4:30P

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
