Customer Service Receptionist: Full time position responsible for interaction with customers and Insurance Companies to Schedule appointments, Update Vehicle Status and Check-In/Out of vehicles in the repair process for our collision repair facility. We are looking for an individual that likes to have interaction with others. Must be able to maintain an organized workplace and while dealing with situations in a quick matter.

Daily Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Answering of Daily Incoming Calls
• Greeting and communicating with customers
• Scheduling & coordinating appointments for our sales staff
• Answering of phone calls
• Check-In & Check-Out Customer’s and Vehicles
• Receiving & Posting of payments
• Receiving & Distribution of mail
• Communicating with insurance companies and 3rd party vendors
• Performs other duties as assigned
