Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy - Process orders, payments, and returns accurately - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to communicate in is a plus - Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable - Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Sales experience is a plus - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Comfortable with outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
