SalaryVeterinary Referral Associates is looking for full time, professional receptionists to work morning and mid shifts, Thursday-Saturday, in our busy 24-hour veterinary emergency and specialty hospital in Gaithersburg, MD.
Open Shifts:
- Thursday-Saturday, 6:00am-6:00pm
Duties Include: Client service, answering telephones, making appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, pharmacy and retail sales, maintenance/housekeeping, financial responsibilities such as collecting deposits/payments and balancing cash drawer
Education and Experience:
- Candidate MUST have experience working in a veterinary hospital.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Customer Service, i.e. veterinary, restaurant, retail or service business.
- Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Cornerstone is a plus!
