Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, changes to their policies, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the claims process, providing accurate information and support every step of the way.Policy Updates: Process policy changes and updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for policyholders.Problem Solving: Identify and address customer concerns, finding appropriate solutions within company guidelines. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with policyholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of effectively resolving customer issues and finding solutions. Adaptability: Ability to work both in a hybrid remote work environment and in an office setting as needed.Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.Knowledge of Insurance: Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and procedures is a plus.
