We are a full-service brand management and consulting firm that specializes in connecting clients to their consumers in a more interactive, personalized approach. We are able to effectively do this through targeted product recommendations, superior Customer Service, and attentive supervision on all orders. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will act as an advocate for the consumer and help to continuously drive our Customer Service standards higher.
The Customer Service Representative will develop into a leader within our firm, not only performing all customer acquisitions, but also acting as a guide and role model for the rest of the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative coaches, develops and inspires the team so that everyone working within our firm serves as a true ambassador for our clients. The Customer Service Representative also creates and executes creative ideas on how to deliver the clients products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading our customer relations for the company through high volume warm leads
- Engaging customers while explaining various promotional packages and qualifying potential customers' unique needs.
- Supporting and working with the rest of the Customer Service and sales team in order to fulfill the demands of our clients
- Partner with the Executive Manager to continually coach and inspire the team
- The understanding that people work for people, use this philosophy to grow careers
- Create an inspirational and motivating environment that reflects the integrity of the brand
- Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures and maintain brand standards
- Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team
Requirements:
- A leader and someone who is interested in helping develop our firm and grow with us
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a high volume sales environment
- Customer Centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goals
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment
- This position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
