We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone, providing exceptional service and support. This position will be primarily remote (work from home), with some in office requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries about trenchless sewer repair and general plumbing
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries that come via email
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Schedule general plumbing, sewer lining estimates and sewer inspections in dedicated dispatch software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service; construction or plumbing Customer Service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Must have a quiet space where calls can be taken; along with a good internet connection
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with empathy
