CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Lakewood, NJ

We are currently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative.

Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide Superior Customer Service
• Inside Sales to existing and new customers
• Answer Customer Service calls with professionalism
• Assist Sales Representatives with their daily tasks
• Assist customers with orders, backorders, product questions, and various inquiries
• Credits
• EDI Support
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by management

Requirements:

• Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
