Our Customer Service Representative team does an impeccable job at driving clients’ brand reputations and increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this entry-level role is to exhibit cohesive messaging amongst our clients and their customers in an effective and personal manner.

Customer Service Representatives are expected to uphold the following entry-level responsibilities:

• Communicate detailed information regarding services, promotions, and packages effectively to a targeted customer base.
• Adhere to the guidelines and compliance expectations set by clients to determine customer qualifications.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
• Problem-solve and make professional judgments to achieve the best resolution for any arising customer concerns.
• Act as a team player, assisting fellow colleagues if they need help with Customer Service or are unsure of how to manage specific situations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive mentality to uphold standards while fostering creativity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a client or Customer Service role or a team lead position is preferred.
• Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
