Customer Service Representatives are expected to uphold the following entry-level responsibilities:
- Communicate detailed information regarding services, promotions, and packages effectively to a targeted customer base.
- Adhere to the guidelines and compliance expectations set by clients to determine customer qualifications.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
- Problem-solve and make professional judgments to achieve the best resolution for any arising customer concerns.
- Act as a team player, assisting fellow colleagues if they need help with Customer Service or are unsure of how to manage specific situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive mentality to uphold standards while fostering creativity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative include:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in a client or Customer Service role or a team lead position is preferred.
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends.
