Job Responsibilities:
· Assist customers and trade partners with scheduling and job status questions by phone, email, and chat
· Create and maintain accurate records related to sales appointments and jobs
· Job start date communication and confirmations with Customers
· Track production payments based on crew notes and updates
· Request/Renew 811 tickets and maintain the calendar to keep track of requests
· Add necessary job tags to jobs using House Call Pro
· Hotel bookings and CC authorization forms
· Scheduling and tracking inspections and permits
· Coordinate HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical
· Other data entry and customer support functions as needed
Qualifications:
· 3 years of Customer Service experience in an office setting
. 2 years of office experience (preferably in a construction type environment)
· Some management and leadership qualities
· Familiar with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
· Organized and can effectively prioritize
· Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
· Clear and pleasant speaking voice

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
