East Coast Mechanical (ECM) has an immediate opening for experienced, dedicated, and energetic Customer Service Representative with Administrative experience to work in our inbound call center in Boynton Beach.
The position is responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from our customers in a professional, pleasant, and timely manner.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to customers by scheduling service for products that have issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with their service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience taking high volume inbound calls.
- Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry and clerical skills a must. Must have 25 wpm or better speed.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure at times.
- Flexibility to work an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift, including Rotating Saturdays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Outbound calls or sales is a BIG PLUS!
