Hourly Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. No nights or weekends!

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team to provide clerical and hospitality services in a legal environment.
- Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
- Equipment - Maintain copiers/printers, provide support to end users and perform initial troubleshooting
- Hospitality – Setup conference rooms and maintain kitchen areas
- Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Copy Center - Fulfill scan and copy requests
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, Customer Service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A valid driver’s license/access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
