Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a self-managing, experienced Customer Service Representative to assist our clients and guardian families with their enquiries, and help with the organization of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving individual, able to undertake a variety of support tasks, and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, as well as seeking and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This role will be full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, answering queries in a timely manner
• Book appointments
• Manage multiple inboxes
• Organize premises and assist CEO in ways that optimize procedures
• Assist with company administration, including staying on top of business critical compliance and insurances
• Run errands as needed
• Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Assist with company's marketing efforts such as creating videos and taking photographs of puppies

Skills

• Proven Customer Service experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong ability to self-manage
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Marketing experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
