We are looking for a self-managing, experienced Customer Service Representative to assist our clients and guardian families with their enquiries, and help with the organization of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving individual, able to undertake a variety of support tasks, and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, as well as seeking and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This role will be full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, answering queries in a timely manner
- Book appointments
- Manage multiple inboxes
- Organize premises and assist CEO in ways that optimize procedures
- Assist with company administration, including staying on top of business critical compliance and insurances
- Run errands as needed
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
- Assist with company's marketing efforts such as creating videos and taking photographs of puppies
Skills
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong ability to self-manage
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Marketing experience is a plus
