Pentec Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our corporate office to answer and triage phone calls received to our main phone number and distribute accordingly throughout the company based on the nature of the phone call.
This is a first shift full time position,
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position will oversee, answer, and triage phone calls to our main company phone number.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette to respond to patient inquiries and requests to speak with other service areas of the company.
- Acts as liaison between patients/customers and service areas to ensure they receive the highest quality service during their phone call interactions.
- Provides feedback to Patient Services Manager.
- Perform other duties, special projects as assigned

- Proficient desktop skills, including Excel, Word, internet etc.

Education, Certifications, Trainings:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience required
- 2-5 years’ experience working within a healthcare company / Customer Service preferred

Pentec Health offers a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package. The estimated hourly pay for this role is a minimum of $20.00. Actual pay will be based on several factors such as qualifications and skills for the role plus geographic location.
