To do so, you will be responsible for providing effective service and support by demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills, meeting and exceeding SLAs, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal support teams.
In this role you will get to:
- Promote a best-in-class customer experience.
- Address customer's concerns accurately, providing additional help with appropriate next steps, and customer appreciation as measured by QA subsection scores.
- Educate customers by sharing new features, relevant updates, tips, and best practices as measured by QA subsection scores.
- Demonstrate platform knowledge to enhance customer understanding and utilization of products.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting the achievement of common goals.
- Actively engage in both team meetings, fostering collaboration with internal support teams across various functions and communication channels.
Requirements
- Education: Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience in customer support
- Ownership mindset and desire to help customers.
- Excellent communication and process expertise.
- Organizational skills to monitor tickets statuses and respond as needed.
- Ability to gather, comprehend, and synthesize complex information.
- Analyzing and evaluating information critically to provide accurate and relevant responses to customer inquiries.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues from various functions.
- Possess strong Interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements for this position
- Remote
- Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
