About the Role
Are you passionate about Customer Service and seeking a new career opportunity in 2024? Total Quality Call Center clients are actively seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team in the USA.
Requirements:
at least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience
USA permanent resident or Green card holder
Fluent in English
at least a High school graduate
Responsibilities:
> Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
> Offer information about products or services to meet customer needs.
> Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
> Document and organize accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Strong problem-solving abilities.
>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
>Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous.
Additional Details:
Salary: Competitive, ranging from $10 to $21 per hour in the USA, depending on selected clients.
Training: Clients provide free training with certificates; completion is required before starting the job.
Background Checks & Drug Tests: This may be required by clients.
Remote Work: This is a Work-from-Home position; all equipment will be checked for readiness.
