We are a fast paced collision repair facility looking to add someone with great customer relation skills to join our team! We take pride in a quality repair along with excellent Customer Service that has allowed us to service the Sioux Falls area since 1958! We are looking for some someone to help manage our front office from the first point of contact to the compeleted repair. We are looking to add someone with a positive attitude and excellent customer relation skills that will uphold our team values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and manage customers coming in for repairs and/or estimates.
- manage incoming calls in a timely manner
- recieve and take payments along with posting payments
- Perform other clerical duties assigned
- Understand basic automotive terminology
- Data entry into quickbooks
Qualifications
- Excellent in person communication skills
- Excellent telephone, writing, and typing skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proffesional appearance
- experience in quickbooks or CCCone systems is a plus!
