Primary job responsibilities include:
· Answer all incoming calls, screen calls, and direct to staff
· Maintaining incoming and outgoing emails
· Processing invoices, client requests, and status checks
· Following up with facilities on records
· Assembling and matching documents
· Filing, faxing and scanning
· Distributing paperwork to the correct departments
· Assisting in other departments when needed

Presents themselves as a polished professional with time management skills and is driven to complete their assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
We are welcoming someone with experience in computer literacy, who has a moderate understanding of Windows-based applications and can type efficiently and accurately. Someone who is organized has remarkable attention to detail and can handle the pressure of time-sensitive matters. The applicant should have strong written and excellent communication skills.
