This position is designated for the new Centerville (Snellville/South Gwinnett area) Health Center opening in Summer of 2024.This position will be housed within our newest health center at 3025 Bethany Church Rd, Snellville, GA 30039, USA.The center will be opening in Summer of 2024 and all staff hired for this location will be training in one of our other locations prior to the opening.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under general supervision, candidate will provide excellent Customer Services greeting clients, answering questions, directing clients, and completing client intake process. Candidate must have excellent communication and Customer Services skills. Candidate will need to greet and direct patients; answer patient questions; answer multiple phone lines; collaborate with clinical and call center teams; operate clinic Qmatic patient intake system; complete intake/data entryinto clinic EMR; prepare or assist in preparation of clinic reports; collect insurance and fees; and provide general support needed to maintain overall clinic operations. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
