Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for the Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position working a Friday-Sunday 7:00pm-5:00am schedule at Baptist South.

Customer Service Rep, Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
- Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
- Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
- Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
- Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
